Karen is the Director of Human Resources at Trusted Talent, and she brings over 20 years of leadership experience and a deep commitment to fostering a positive and supportive workplace culture. With a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management from SUNY Empire State College, she has held various HR roles since 2014, managing teams of up to 100 employees and helping individuals grow both personally and professionally. Outside of her professional life, Karen enjoys giving back to the community, particularly through fundraising activities for children’s causes. When she’s not working, Karen loves spending time with her daughters, Emily and Natalie, enjoying local music, and traveling to new places, with highlights including Barcelona, Lisbon, and Maui. A Buffalo Bills fan, Karen unwinds with Tito’s and soda or a blueberry martini at Mangia.
