With eight years at Trusted Talent, Kyle has honed his expertise in recruiting, initially specializing in tech recruiting straight out of college. A graduate of Gannon University in Legal Studies with a minor in pre-law, Kyle’s approach is grounded in clear, open communication. Ditching the traditional pushy sales tactics, Kyle builds relationships on trust, focusing on long-term success and well-being of both his team and the nurses he works with.

Outside of the office, Kyle finds solace in hiking, embracing both the physical challenge and the quiet moments that allow him to unplug and recharge.
