- Number of ED Physicians in Group: 23
- Fast Track in ED: Yes, staffed by both MDs and APPs
- Documentation System/EMR: EPIC
- Required Supervision: Yes, supervising APPs and residents
- Response to House Codes: No
- Admission Orders: ED Physicians/ED Residents write admission orders. Transition to accepting physicians managed by Admission Residents on Duty (ARD).
- Specific Response Time for On-Call Physicians: 60 minutes
- Monitoring/Supervising Paramedics/Ambulance by Radio: Yes
- Referral/Transfer Protocol: Managed by a communication center. Local EMS will transport patients from the scene. Miami Valley Hospital transports patients based on trauma acuity.

Submission Requirements:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency)
- PALS, ATLS, BLS certifications required.
- Active Ohio license preferred; consideration for providers willing to obtain one.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Local candidates are highly preferred. Reimbursement for travel, lodging, and car rental or mileage is provided for qualified candidates.
