Physician coverage is required for a two-week period providing inpatient service and on-call duties. Coverage is needed from Thursday to Thursday, offering 24/7 service including day and night shifts.

This facility is licensed for 385 beds and is a Level 1 trauma center. Day shift hours will have app support without call duties, with an average of 20-30 patient encounters per shift.

Requirements:

• Must have experience in ERCP (Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangiopancreatography).
• Facilities require board certification.
• Credentialing timeframe is estimated at 60 days.
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS.

Specialty Skills in Internal Medicine – Gastroenterology:

• Upper GI endoscopy: Required
• With biopsy
• With foreign body removal
• With fulguration of bleeder (cautery vs. laser)
• With injection of varices
• ERCP (Diagnostic and Therapeutic)

• With PEG (percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy)

• Esophageal dilatation/manometry: Required

• Esophageal manometry interpretation: Required
• Small Bowel biopsy: Required
• Lower GI endoscopy: Required
• Sigmoidoscopy (Flexible and Rigid): Required
• Colonoscopy: Preferred
• With biopsy

• With excision of polyp
