Includes 2 other MDs, locum tenens, sonographers, MAs, LPNs, RNs

Certifications Required:
– Board Certification: Required
– BLS: Required

Skills and Procedures:
– Non-Invasive Ventilation Management (Neo-Puff)
– Ventilation Management (Newborn & Pediatric), both acute and chronic
– Intubation (ETT/NT) for newborn and pediatrics
– Conscious and deep sedation
– Central line and arterial line insertion
– UVC and UAC procedures
– Lumbar puncture, paracentesis, thoracentesis
– Chest tube insertion and needle pneumothorax decompression
– X-ray and EKG interpretation
– PA catheter procedures
– Exchange transfusion
– Suturing minor lacerations
– Circumcision
– Swallow studies

Additional Information:
– Patient Encounters Per Shift: 8-10
– Certification requirements include a minimum board certification
– Does not allow bids from providers with IMLC
– Estimated credentialing timeframe: 60-90 days, with expedited privileges possible for those with a clean history
