Patient Encounters and Office Schedule:

Specialty Skills: Obstetrics and Gynecology
– Management of low and high-risk pregnancies
– FHR interpretation, including NST/CST/FSE
– Performance and interpretation of obstetric ultrasounds
– Level I/Screening and Level II/Targeted
– Amniocentesis
– Routine deliveries, including vaginal and low forceps
– Decision-making for C-sections
– Management of complicated deliveries, including C-sections, breech, multiple births, and abruptions
– Repair of 3rd and 4th degree lacerations
Office/Minor Gynecology Skills Required:
– Procedures such as IUD insertion, cystoscopy, colposcopy, cryosurgery, LEEP, etc.
Surgical Gynecology Skills Required:
– Open surgeries
– Laparoscopic diagnostic and minor surgeries such as tubal ligation and LOAs
– Operative/major procedures for conditions like ectopic pregnancy, ovary removal, cystectomy, and extensive LOAs
– Laser certification is required
