We are seeking a physician for the Critical Care Unit (CCU) with expertise in general bronchoscopy and an expectation to perform 2-3 Endobronchial Ultrasound (EBUS) procedures per week, though navigational bronchoscopy is not available.
Responsibilities:
- Provide coverage for 1 week per month, including rounding and collaboration with hospitalists.
- Handle both pulmonary and critical care cases, with the ability to cover non-critical pulmonary consultations as requested by hospitalists.
- Manage patient encounters with an average of 14 patients per shift.
- Participate in 24-hour call rotations, with the ability to leave upon completion of duties.
Qualifications:
- Must possess both pulmonary and critical care certifications.
- Board certification is required; however, candidates who are board certification eligible may be considered.
- Fellowship requirement: 2 years.
- The following certifications are required: ACLS.
- Ability to utilize the EMR system Paragon Mckesson effectively.

- The facility hosts 86 beds, with a 9-bed ICU.
- The facility does not require board certification for eligibility but does require that physicians are board certified.
- The hospital is a non-trauma level facility with no pediatric trauma level designation.
