Clinic hours are from 8 AM to 5 PM, with no weekend or night calls unless assistance with pediatric calls is possible, which includes hospital admits and nursery duties. The practice has a small volume, with approximately 100 deliveries per year and minimal pediatric admits.

Adult medicine is accepted if pediatric care is not available. Pediatrics will occupy a small portion of the clinic panel. Calls are required only if the candidate is a family practitioner capable of performing pediatric and nursery call duties for the hospital.

Candidates are expected to handle 12-25 patient encounters per shift. Physicians must be board-certified or board-eligible. Candidates should not hold a license under the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC).
