One week and one weekend per month.Outpatient and hospital-based practiceCoverage needed due to losing a locum85% adult patient population80% outpatient, 20% inpatient practice50-100 office/clinic patients per dayNumber of hospital-based surgeries per day varies by providerOther urologists may be present during locum assignmentGroup consists of 2 urologistsNo onsite labNo onsite X-rayOffice ancillary staff includes 1 RN, 5 MAs, and 3 APPsNo specialized office equipmentUses Epic for documentationLevel 2 trauma designationRequired procedures include comprehensive urologic careWould be interested in a locum to perm option as well!Locum to Perm Reduction in Conversion Fees:MD/DO:160-319 hours = $2500 reduction320-639 hours = $5000 reduction640+hours = $7000 reductionRegardless of number of hours a MD/DO has worked, reduction will not exceed $7500Estimated Credentialing Timeframe:June 2025 90-120 daysHenry Ford does not reimburse for background checks or credentialing fees
