Provide information on support staff, APP coverage, number of providers in the clinic and on-site services (lab, radiology,
procedure room):5 day shift physicians; 2 day shift APP; 1 night shift physician; 1 day shift APP; 2 office support staff; 1 manager
Current EHR in use: Cerner PowerChart
Procedures/Skills required: Internal MedicineRates to submit:Malpractice – must be included in ratesOrientation – 1/2 the hourly rateHourly – per hour up to 12 hours dailyHoliday/OT – 1.5xConversion rateExpenses covered by client will not exceed the limitations listed in the Travel Expense policy between McLaren Health Care AHSA.Reverse Invoicing – Provider will use Kronos to clock in/out. No paper timesheets will be used.Flight, car, fuel, mileage, hotel is a $150 cap (including taxes)Do NOT reimburse Med Staff FeesNo lodging booked through 3rd party websites, ie expedia, kayak, etcMcLaren is tax exempt and will not reimburse taxes on lodging
