Summary:
This role involves providing general anesthesia care in a hospital setting. The facility operates as a Level 2 trauma center and a referral center, which may result in unpredictable scheduling.

Schedule/Availability Requirements:
– Preferred coverage is Friday through Sunday from 7 a.m. to 7 a.m.
– Occasional operating room coverage on Fridays from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. or 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
– Additional weekday coverage may be required.

Setting:
Hospital environment with electronic medical records managed through Epic.

Reason for Coverage:
Current physician anesthesiologist leaving the group.

Credentialing Information:
– Timeframe: 90 days
– The position requires credentialing at the specific facility mentioned.
– Credentialing requirements include active state license or Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC) and board certification.
– Billing enrollment considerations are applicable for a period of up to 60 days for services in lieu of an existing provider.

Submission Requirements:
– Board Certified – REQUIRED
– Active state license or IMLC – REQUIRED
– Malpractice history should be clean and is preferred.
– Availability at the time of name clearance is required.

– Board Certified in Anesthesia
