Open Dates for OB/GYN
Key Details:
- 24-hour call coverage only, from 7 a.m. to 7 a.m.
- No clinic responsibilities.
- Must hold an active NC license.
- A clean history is necessary to qualify for emergency privileges.
Documentation Guidelines:
- Document patient contact hours, including call-back hours.
- Provide notes on timesheet entries to verify call-back hours and overtime.
- Specific reason for call-back should be documented clearly on the timesheet.
- Telephone calls and medical record reviews do not count as on-site call-back.
- On-site presence is not required for providing call support.

Board Certifications and Certifications Required:
- Must be board certified or board eligible.
- Required certifications: ACLS and BLS.
Specialty Skills Required:
- Low and high-risk pregnancy care.
- FHR interpretation (NST/CST/FSE).
- OB ultrasounds: both Level I (screening) and Level II (anatomic).
- Routine delivery, including vaginal delivery, and decision-making for c-section.
- Complicated delivery skills, including c-section, breech, multiple births, abruptions, and VBACs.
- Repair of 3rd & 4th degree lacerations.
- Surgical gynecology: both open and laparoscopic procedures, including tubal ligation and elective procedures.
No laser certification or office/minor gynecology skills are required.
Facility does not require trauma or pediatric level certification.
Timeframe for credentialing is approximately 30-90 days.
This position does not accept bids from providers with IMLC.
