Coverage need is immediate and currently open to only Washington licensed providers.

Schedule:

• Seven consecutive days of inpatient care, one week each month.
• Specific week schedule is variable.
• Coverage from Tuesday 7 a.m. to the following Tuesday 7 a.m.
• Night call may require returning to the facility.

Requirements:

• ACLS and BLS certifications are mandatory.
• Experience in heart failure is essential; a fellowship is preferred.

Patient Details:

• Patient encounters per shift: 5-13
• Physicians must be board certified at a minimum.
• IMLC is not applicable for this role.

Credentialing:

• Estimated credentialing timeframe is 30 days.

Certifications Needed:

• ACLS: Required
• BLS: Required

This is not a trauma-focused facility and does not have a designated trauma level.
