We are seeking a locum tenens physician for our Emergency Room. The ideal candidate will possess the necessary certifications and be capable of handling a range of medical emergencies.

Requirements

• Certifications Required:
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
• Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS)
• Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)

• Other relevant certifications

• Board Certification:

• Minimum requirement: Certified

• Facility requires board-certified physicians.

• Credentialing Timeframe: Estimated 30-60 days

• Emergency Department Size: 6 beds
• Average Patient Encounters Per Shift: 12-15
• Trauma Level: 4

Additional Information

• Newborn deliveries are not received in the ED.
• A Labor and Delivery department is present.

This position is suitable for a physician with a fellowship and the ability to manage various emergencies efficiently.
